The Pictor Hat and Mitts are made with a simple design, to show off a painterly selection of colours.
The first thing you should do is to put your colours in order from 1-10. In the model, colour 1 is the boldest colour and is used as an accent above the hat ribbing and as edging on the mitts. You can decide to put your colours in a gradient order, or mix them up! Whatever looks pleasing to you.

A Koigu KPPPM Pencil Box (10/25g skeins KPPPM/87 yds each)
16” circular needle sizes 2 & 3
Dpns sizes 2 & 3 OR appropriate needles to get gauge.
5 stitch markers.
Two buttons for trim on mitts.
